Beauty Thursday - Harajuku Winter perfumes

Hi!!

Well as you can see today for beauty Thursday I'm going to be showing you my Harajuku Winter perfumes! These perfumes are a couple of years old now so I don't think they are very easy to find anymore but I thought about it and I wanted to show you guys what perfumes I like to wear over winter time.

So I better get on with it!!

Now, the first thing I'm going to say about these perfumes is that I think they look so adorable! Also they all smell pretty good too so I'm going to attempt to describe these scents!

 

Music - Fruity and floral

G - Coconut and woody

Lil' Angel - Fresh, fruity and white floral

Jingle G - Floral, vanilla, sweet and fruity

 

All of these are part of the old Harajuku Winter range apart from Jingle G, which was a singular limited edition Christmas perfume.

I love to get this out every time it gets towards Winter and Christmas just to have my scents in sync with the seasons. The bottles also coordinate very well with Winter.

My favourite out of all four of these has to be jingle G just because it smells so delicious!

 

I'm not really that sure what else I can say about perfumes but anyway I hope you liked this post and hopefully I'll see you again soon for Random Monday Thoughts but until then..

Monday Thoughts - New Costa Christmas Cups

Hi!

Well, if you haven't already noticed then this post is a day late and I'm very sorry about this but I had a lot of homework to do and I just didn't have time but I suppose better late than never!

 Anyway, todays thought is about how cute the new Rudolph costa cup is!!!

If you didn't already notice, its getting nearer to Christmas and if you live in the UK then you would know that Costa started serving their hot chocolates in take - away Christmas cups last year. Now this year they bought out a brand new cup, which I think is absolutely adorable because its a.....

REINDEER!!!

 

 These are the pictures I took the night I went to costa to be one of the first people to have the reindeer cup and I got to tell you there are some amazing new hot chocolates flavours such as:
- Orange Chocolate
- White Chocolate
-  Black Chocolate gateau
- Gingerbread
and quite few more that I can't quite remember..

I got the white hot chocolate and it was so yummy. The barista was so nice and put whipped cream, raspberry sauce and gold sprinkles on top which made it so much cuter!

I highly recommend going into your local costa and buying one of the new hot chocolates because they all look so good!

Blogging schedule change!

Hi, 

I'm very sorry to say that there is going to be a change in my blogging schedule due to life being  very busy at the moment.

 I will only be doing 2 posts a week. This just means that for now there won't be a any random Saturdays, just Monday thoughts and beauty/fashion Thursdays. But this is ok because I have just merged all the content which would've been posted on Saturdays into my Monday posts.
I have adjusted this on the blogging schedule page and on any previous posts I have said about random Saturdays just to make it easier for anyone who gets a little confused when there isn't a post on Saturdays.

I'm sorry if any of you were looking forward to having a post on Saturdays but I just can't fit it in with all the homework I get, so from here on in there will only be Monday and Thursday posts.

All this said I hope to see you all soon for Monday thoughts tomorrow!!

Beauty Thursday - Urban Decay Electric Palette Review

Well today as you can tell is Beauty Thursday, and I am going to be doing a review on the Urban Decay Electric Palette. First of all I'd like to say that I absolutely love Urban Decay especially the naked palettes ( sadly I don't own any of them so I steal my mum's!! :P ) Also all pictures are my own!

As soon as I saw there was a new Urban Decay palette I literally fell in love with it with all the bright colours and shimmery - ness! I think the packaging is so bright and colourful and most of all it contains ten very bold, beautiful colours of a very good quality. Along with this you get a lovely double ended brush which I think is perfect as it has a very tiny end and a bigger end. Another great touch to the brush is that it has purple bristles!!!
 I got it for my birthday from my auntie and I just adore the high pigmentation of the colours!
The first time I properly used it was for my this years Halloween costume as a cat. I used urban, jilted, a small amount of chaos and revolt to create a purple smokey eye.

You can buy this from the Urban Decay website here it is £38 but obviously it is from a high-end make up brand and is of a really amazing quality and I would definitely recommend!

Monday Thoughts - Cold weather and Baths

Hi! 

Today is my first proper post so hip hip hooray!! 

I should probably get on with it though so here we go. 

Today's thought of the week is about the cold weather that is starting to occur and how I'm starting to have more and more baths. Now just to let you know, I don't usually like having baths but now that the weather is getting colder and colder in the UK I have suddenly started to have more and more of them. 

As it is getting nearer to Christmas and Winter it just feels right to warm yourself up after a long day at school of work with a nice bubbly bath and maybe even a lush bath bomb. This may be different for different countries as I know that some countries have a sunny and warm Christmas but not over here in Britain. The lowest it has been where I live is -5 degrees which for me is absolutely freezing!! But, when I get home I like to get all my homework done, eat dinner, go to dance, get home and have a nice hot bath.
I literally can't wait for Christmas now and nothing makes Christmas baths better than Lush!! My new favourite is the shoot for the stars bath bomb which I like to mix with butter bear to get the perfect bath bomb combination!! When you mix these two together you literally get a beautiful mix of colours and moisturising - ness!! Also the Christmas selection at Lush is absolutely huge and it definitely THE best.

Well, I'm waffling on now, but what is your favourite bath product if you have one?? If you have cold weather during Christmas time what do you like to do to warm yourself up like hot chocolates??
The Costa white hot chocolate has to be my most favourite!

Hello and welcome!!

Well hello there people, and welcome to my blog!

As you can see this is my first blog post of many to come!! This blog will be about beauty, fashion, books, sewing, home decor and anything else I find interesting to write about. Before I make anyone go out and follow everything I say beauty - wise I am not an expert, so please don't expect the most amazing advice you will ever read. Also to be sure this blog will contain all of my own opinions unless stated otherwise.

Blogging schedule

Monday Thoughts - On Monday's I will post a thought from the previous week containing any random bits and bobs I've been thinking about. They will also be very random and include any book reviews, sewing tips and tricks, what I have sewn, crafts and even just things about life in general.

Fashion/Beauty Thursdays - Thursday's will be the days which I will post anything to do with fashion like hauls, seasonal fashion and even my favourite outfit of the day. I will also post anything about beauty for example, hauls, reviews, favourites, tips and skincare. It depends what I have bought throughout the week in which what I will post about on Thursdays, although sometimes I might post a double - whammy which will include beauty AND fashion.

All of my posts will hopefully be uploaded between 4 - 9pm UK time (GMT). Also just so my readers know I'm still in school so sometimes I may forget to post this often but please bare with me while I get used to blogging frequently. :D

I hope you like reading my future posts and my first proper post will be uploaded tomorrow evening!!
